What is your return policy?

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
  • Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Bimmer Angels is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 What is your refund policy?

We offer exchanges and/or refunds only when the products are:

Wrong order details
  • You will be qualified for a refund if we make a mistake with your order. (wrong size or product instead of what you asked for) with proof of your receipt and order # details.
Defective items
  • We hope that our items will arrive in perfect condition and to your complete satisfaction. Should your item however be defective, please get in touch with us immediately upon receiving your package using our contact form.
  • To allow fast processing, please inform us directly of the reason for your complaint, stating your order details, and send us a few pictures of the defective item. We will issue you a refund or a gift card as soon as possible – after all, we want you to be happy with your order! 

Domestic Shipping

  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 3-5 days for transit shipping.

International Shipping

  • We are pleased to tell you that we offer worldwide shipping to all countries. 
  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 2-3 weeks for transit shipping.
